摘　　要：利用２－巯基－５－取代－１，３，４－口恶二唑与一氯乙酸反应，合成了９种新的５－取代－１，３，４－口恶二唑－２－硫基乙酸。产物结构经元素分析和红外光谱确认。novel 5 substituted 1,3,4 oxadiazol 2 yl thio acetic acids have been synthesized by the reaction of 5 substituted 1,3,4 oxadiazol 2 yl thio with monochloroacetic acid under the condition of methyl alcohol and potassium hydroxide.The stuucture of these compounds was determined by elemental analysis and IR.
