摘  要:[目的]为黄瓜灰霉病的生物防治提供参考依据。[方法]以黄瓜叶片内生细菌B12、B13为供试菌株,通过孢子萌发试验研究了菌株发酵液及发酵滤液对灰霉菌分生孢子萌发的影响。[结果]菌株B12、B13的发酵原液对孢子萌发的抑制率分别为94.4%和91.3%,对芽管生长的抑制率分别为84.2%和79.7%,稀释10倍后其孢子萌发抑制率分别为87.2%和78.2%。菌株B12、B13的发酵滤液对孢子萌发的抑制率分别为90.0%和84.4%,对芽管生长的抑制率分别为82.6%和76.7%。50℃下,菌株B12、B13的发酵滤液的抑制率分别为84.7%和83.1%,经100℃沸水浴处理后其抑制率分别为78.9%和73.9%,经121℃高温处理后其抑制率分别为35.7%和27.2%。pH值为3时,B12和B13的发酵滤液的抑制率分别为11.3%和9.3%;pH值为12时,其抑制率分别为31.4%和25.4%。[结论]内生细菌B12、B13可用于防治黄瓜灰霉病。[ Objective ] The aim was to provide reference data for the biological control of cucumber grey mold. [ Method ] With endophytic bacteria B12 and BI3 from cucumber leaves as tested strains, the effects of strain fermentation liquid and fermentation filtrate on the germination of Botrytis cinerea conidia were studied through spore germination test. [ Resuh ] The inhibitory rates of original fermentation liquid of the strains B12 and B13 on spore germination were 94.4% and 91.3% resp. , their inhibitory rates on the growth of germinal tube were 84.2% and 79.7% resp. and the inhibitory rates of their 10 times diluted liquid on spore germination were 87.2% and 78.2% resp. The inhibitory rate of the fermentation filtrates of the strains B12 and B13 were 90.0% and 84.4% resp. and their inhibitory rates on the growth of germinal tube were 82.6% and 76.7% resp. At 50 ℃, the inhibitory rates of fermentation filtrates of the strains B12 and B13 were 84.7% and 83.1% resp. , their inhibitory rates were 78.9% and 73.9% resp. after they were treated with boiling-water bath at 100 ℃ and their inhibitory rates were 35.7% and 27.2% resp. after they were treated with high temperature at 121℃. When the pH value was 3, the inhibitory rates of fermentation filtrates of the strains B12 and B13 were 11.3% and 9.3% resp. ; when the pH value was 12, their inhibitory rates were 31.4% and 25.4% resp. [ Conclusion] The endophytic bacteria B12 and B13 could be used to control cucumber grey mold.
