摘　　要：目的探讨血浆Obestatin在不同糖耐量状态下的水平变化以及与代谢指标的相关性。方法将80例非肥胖人群根据口服葡萄糖耐量实验(OGTT)结果分为正常糖耐量组(NGT)、糖耐量异常组(IGT)和2型糖尿病组(DM),比较不同组间各代谢指标及空腹血浆Obestatin的差异。结果Obestatin在NGT组(3.55±0.57)μg/L与IGT组(3.17±0.24)μg/L及DM组(2.85±0.53)μg/L内呈递减趋势(P<0.01);Obestatin为胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)的独立相关因素(P<0.01)。结论Obestatin可能参与胰岛素抵抗,与糖代谢密切相关。Objective To investigate the plasma obestatin state at different levels of impaired glucose tolerance and the relevance between the plasma obestatin and the metabolic indicators. Methods 80 cases of non-obese groups according to oral glucose tolercance test（OGTr） group were divided into normal glucose tolerance （NGT）, impaired glucose tolerance group （IGT）and type 2 diabetes group （DM）, compared with different groups of various metabolic indicators and the differences in fasting plasma obestatin. Results Obestatin in the NGT group （3.55 ± 0. 57 ） μg/L and [GT group（3.17 ±0.24 ） p,g/L and the DM group （ 2.85 ±0.53 ）μg/L decreased significantly （ P 〈 0.01 ） ; obestatin was the independent relevant factors of insulin resistance index（HOMA-IR） （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion obestatin may be involved in insulin resistance ,and is closely related to glucose metabolism.
