中药治疗药物流产后阴道流血的临床研究

摘　　要：应用米非司酮配伍米索前列醇并加用中药终止160例早孕者,并与对照组对比发现加用中药后能提高完全流产率、减少阴道流血量、缩短阴道流血持续时间,与对照组相比,有显著性差异。认为中药对提高药物流产的完全流产率、减少并发症、促进药物流产的广泛应用有重要作用。Early pregnancy of 160 women were terminated by using mifepristone and misoprostol matching with Chinese medical herbs. The result was compared with the control group. It was found that the rate of complete abortion was increased, vaginal hemorrhage reduced and bleeding time lasted shortened after matching with Chinese medical herbs. The difference is significant in comparison with the control. It was suggested that Chinese medical herb plays an importment role in improving the rate of complete abortion induced by drug, decreasing complication and promoting the wide spread application of this medical abortion.
