摘　　要：2009年11月开始实施《橡胶塑料注射成型机安全要求》强制性国家标准。文中对该标准的制定背景、标准编制的依据和原则、编制过程、标准制定内容和解读、主要技术难题的确定等几个主要问题进行了分析和阐述。The mandatory national standards ＂ safety requirements for rubber and plastic injection molding machine ＂ begun implementing from November 2009. The text elaborated the standard-setting context, the standard basis and principles, preparation, content and interpretation of standard setting, and analyzed the main technical difficulties of several key issues.
