提高经营环节兽药产品质量的思考

摘　　要：当前经营环节的兽药产品合格率低于生产环节19个百分点。兽药经营企业规模小、数量多、质量管理水平差,基层管理部门监管能力不足。主要原因是假企业、假产品冲击市场,经营企业缺乏责任意识,对非法行为打击不力。通过完善配套法规、推行兽药GSP、监管重心后移、完善兽药监管信息系统等措施,兽药经营质量有望得到大的改善。The percent of pass of veterinary drugs in markets was lower than that in the production link by 19% recently. Such unexpected situation may be resulted from the large amount of small scale companies of veterinary drug in China, their weak - quality control and poor responsibility. Another important reason was lot of fake prod- ucts from those illegal workshops severely impacting the normal market. The lack of monitoring capability in the primary administration and few of strong actions against the illegal behaviors also led to the unsatisfied status. Through the improvement of regulations, implementation of veterinary drugs GSP, strength of monitoring capacity, and establishment of the veterinary drugs supervision information systems, the veterinary drug quality in the mar- ket management was expected to be improved considerably.
