摘　　要：综述了SPF鸡胚在生物医学、畜牧兽医学研究和生物制品的生产、鉴定等领域的广泛应用,目前国内SPF鸡胚的生产能力和的质量状况,并对存在的问题提出了建议。SPF eggs were widely used in biomedicine, animal husbandry and veterinary research, test and production of biologics. The application, production capacity and quality situation of SPF eggs in China were reviewed in this paper, some suggestions of recent problems were proposed in the meantime.
