摘  要:针对目前煤矿井下高压电缆接头运行可靠性差、故障发生率高的问题,提出了一种矿井高压电缆接头温度在线监测系统的设计方案,给出了系统整体结构,详细介绍了系统硬件及软件的设计。实验结果表明,该系统运行稳定、可靠性高,各项指标满足国家煤炭行业标准和实际运行要求,具有一定的实用价值。To solve the problems of poor operation reliability and high fault probability of underground high-voltage cable joint, the paper proposed a design scheme of on-line monitoring system of temperature of high-voltage cable joint of mine, gave overall structure of the system, introduced design of hardware and software of the system in details. The experiment result showed that the system has advantages of stable running and high reliability and its each index meets with national standards for coal industry and actual operation requirements, which has a practical value.
