摘 要:为提高双轴倾斜角度测量系统的测量精度和系统线性度,设计了一种由AVR单片机作为处理器的电解液式高精度双轴倾斜度传感器数据采集与处理系统。利用Atmega 8系列单片机的PC1口和PC2口采集由小角度发生器调节的传感器倾斜角度信息,经过单片机自带的A/D转换模块进行A/D转换,再通过一次平均值滤波处理,最后输出传感器的倾斜角度。实验结果表明:系统能够在±4′范围内以1″的最小分辨率输出仪器倾斜角度数据,灵敏度达到0.2mV/(″)。具有比较好的重复性和线性度。A data acquisition and processing system composed of dual-axis electrolytic tilt sensor is designed to increase the measurement accuracy and system linearity. The AVR SCM is used as controller in the system for the purpose of low-cost and high-precision. The PC1 and PC2 ports are used to acquire sensor data. The A/D conversion is achieved by the SCM' s ADC module. Then filtered by average. The system is able to figure out the tilting angle which changed by the small-angle generator. Experimental results show that the system can output the data of sensor tilting angle in the range of±4' with minimum resolution 1" and the sensitivity is 0.2mV/("). The whole system has a relatively good repeatability and linearity.
