摘  要:上海长江隧桥B6标段60 m跨连续箱梁采用节段梁短线法预制、悬臂拼装新型施工技术。节段梁采用全液压模板、短线法高精度预制技术制作,采用水上运输、垂直提升、桥面水平运输等多环节运输,设计可全方位调整节段模块的上行式架桥机进行悬臂拼装,施工全过程运用计算机技术进行计算和监控,确保施工线形质量。对节段预制拼装技术、临时固结技术、合龙段施工技术等进行阐述。The 60-m span continuous box girders of Contract B6 of Shanghai Changjiang River Tunnel and Bridge Project were constructed by the new technique of segmental precasting and cantilever assembling. The segmental girders were precast with high precision in the full hydraulic formwork by the short line match method, transported on the water, vertically lifted to the bridge deck and horizontally delivered to the working spot on the deck. The deck-traveling overhead launching gantry that can adjust the segmental girders all-directionally was designed and used for the cantilever assembling, and the whole construction process of the assembling was calculated and monitored by the computer so that the geometric shape and construction quality of the assembled girders can be ensured. In this paper, the techniques for the segmental precasting, cantilever assembling, temporary fixity as well as the construction of the closure segments are elaborated.
