摘 要:本文报告:用扫描电镜观察812树脂炭中空纤维膜的超微结构。结果显示:该膜平均厚度384.00μm,可分五层,为内表皮层、粗长指状孔层、海绵状多孔层、细短指状孔层、外表皮层。平均厚度分别为5.00μm、158.00μm、158.60μm、57.40μm、5.00μm。该膜具有吸附和超滤两种功能,从超微结构分析,此功能与指状孔及海绵状多孔层结构有关。This study reported the ultrastructure of resin 812 activated charcoal hollow firbrous membrane observed by SEM.The results showed that the mean thickness of the membrane was 384.00 μm.It was divided into five layers: mean thickness of endothelium and outside surface were 5.00 μm respectively; That of thick length finger hole layer was 158.00 μm; That of thin short finger hole layer was 57.40 μm; That of spongy layer was 158.60 μm. The membrane has two function: absorption and ultrafiltration. We believe that these function of membrane have relation with structure of finger hole and spongy hole and these hollow fibrous membrane may be used for artificial kidey and artificial liver bioreactor.
