摘　　要：目的初步评价国产金属烤瓷材料的生物安全性。方法参照国际标准化组织7405技术报告牙科材料的生物学评价检验标准,对国产金属烤瓷材料的生物相容性进行了初步的评价,包括经口短期全身毒性试验、溶血试验及细胞毒性试验(琼脂覆盖法)。结果国产金属烤瓷材料无经口短期全身毒性反应;材料溶血率为1.177%,不会引起急性溶血;无细胞毒性。结论国产金属烤瓷材料生物安全性的初步评价合格,可进行更进一步的生物安全性试验。Objective To evaluate the biological compatibility of domestic dental metal-fused porcelain. Methods Experiments of general acute toxicity test（ oral route）, haemolysis test and eytotoxicity test（agar diffusion test） were performed on the domestic dental metal-fused porcelain. Results The domestic dental metal-fused porcelain induced no general acute toxicity, haemolysis or cytotoxicity, haemolysis rate was 1. 177%. Conclusions The initial study demonstrated the domestic dental metal-fused porcelain had good biocompatibility in vitro, further biocompatible tests should be taken in the future.
