阴茎背动脉血流速度测定诊断动脉性阳萎的临床研究

摘　　要：采用超声多普勒多功能仪，对142例阳萎患者在阴茎海绵体内注射复方罂粟碱前后阴茎背动脉血流速度（PDAFV）峰值的测定，并根据罂粟碱试验和阴茎动脉收缩压与肱动脉收缩压的比值（PBI）结果，分析血管性与非血管性阳萎患者PDAFV、PBI的结果差异，探讨联合运用上述无创伤性方法对阳萎病因进行筛选诊断的价值。With Deppler Duplex Ultrasonograph, 142 impotent patient's penile dorsal artery flow velocity(PDAFV) were determined before and after intracavernosal injection of co-papaverine . The mean PDAFV of these two status of functional and vasculogenic impotence is 12. 20 and 11. 47, 37. 75 and 27. 47 respectively. The measurement of PDAFV and PBI can differentiate the vasculogenic and nonvasculogenic impotence. The value of the screening diagnosis of the etiology of impotence by combination of the un traumatic methods were also discussed.
