摘　　要：通过对科学发展观内涵的理解,介绍了科学发展观对护理文化发展、护理服务文化、护理安全文化、护理核心价值文化等方面的指导作用。阐明在新形势下医院护理文化建设必须坚持科学发展观这一重要主题,不断提升以人为本的护理服务理念,提高护理管理水平,培育高素质的护理团队。The paper mainly analyzed the instructive function of the scientific development concept to nursing culture construction, such as nursing culture development, nursing service culture, nursing security culture, nursing value culture, ect. It is necessary that nursing cultural construction under new situation should in- sist on the important subject of scientific development concept to promote humanistic nursing service idea,raise nursing management level, and nurture high quality nursing team.
