住院制规范化培训对护士职业价值观的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨住院制规范化培训对护士职业价值观的影响。方法对我院2006届到2008届130名护士进行住院制规范化培训,93名护士进行常规培训。结果住院制培训组与常规培训组护士在利他主义、成就感、独立性、权力控制、安全稳定、轻松舒适及人际关系上差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05),而在审美主义、智力刺激、社会地位、经济报酬、社会交往、追求创新上差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论通过住院制培训,在实践中不断发展、完善护士的职业价值观,将会对护士职业生涯的发展起到比较重要的作用。Objective To explore the effect of standardized resident training on nurses profession values. Method The nurses who had received standardized resident training（ 130 nurses） and routine training（93 nurses） in our hospital since from 2006 to 2008 were investigated with a questionnaire. Results There were significant differences in the aspects of altruism, sense of accomplishment,independency, power controlling, security and stability,coziness and interpersonal relationship between the standardized resident training nurses and the routine training nurses （ P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ）. There were not significant difference in other aspects of aesthetic sensibility, intellective stimulation, social status, economic returns, social intercourse and pursuing innovation （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Standardized resident training can continuously enhance the development of profession values of nurses and play an important role in the development of nurses career.
