摘 要:目的探讨系统健康教育干预模型对促进精神分裂症患者康复的作用。方法 115例符合中国精神疾病分类标准-3精神分裂症诊断的患者和家属作为研究对象,患者和家属自愿参加,分为干预组和对照组,对干预组患者和家属进行以健康教育理论和小组治疗理论相结合的系统健康教育干预。结果系统健康教育干预后,第15个月时症状减轻,社会功能改善,复发率下降,家属的精神分裂症知识水平提高,患者对治疗的依从性提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论系统健康教育干预模式是一种有效的干预方式,对精神分裂症患者的康复具有积极的促进作用。Objective To explore the effect of a systematic model of health education intervention among patients with schizophrenia during recovery phase. Methods According with CCMD - 3 diagnosis standard,105 patients and their families were enrolled on a voluntary basis. They were divided into the experimental group and control group. The systematic model of health education was provided to the experimental group. Results After 15 months,the patients' symptoms were alleviated, social function was improved, relapse rate was reduced, and the knowledge about schizophrenia of families and the therapeutic compliance of patients were improved too( P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The systematic model of health education is an effective intervention, and the intervention model had a positive impact on patients with schizophrenia during recovery phase.
