摘  要:目的探讨低场强机器MRCP技术应用的意义。方法采用西门子0.35特斯拉低场磁共振机,收集2005年10月-2008年10月起期间行MRCP的52例前来就诊的病例,将观察到的胆系解剖结构,病变范围以及相关疾病进行与常规T2WI加权像、US、CT进行比较分析。结果随访分析及对观察结果比较评定:在胆结石、胆总管结石、壶腹部占位及炎性水肿三组病例中,MRCP对胆系疾病的都有较高的敏感性,在诊断与鉴别诊断中占有一定的优势,MRCP完全能够明确胆系的解剖结构,明确显示病变部位及梗阻概况、范围及可能导致的原因。结论总结出在低场机MRI设备中注意各扫描参数的合理匹配和合理使用开发新技术,对提高图像信噪比,减少伪影非常重要,在低场机上MRCP完全能够明确胆系结构,明显显示病变部位及梗阻概况和可能导致的原因。因此,低场机上的MRCP也能为临床诊断治疗提供一定的影像依据,对临床有一定的应用意义。Objective To investigate the significance of applications of the low-field MR machine. Methods Adopt 0. 35 Siemens Tesla MRI machine to collect 52 cases of patients who would be observed from October. 2005 -October. 2008 and then made a comparative analysis of the anatomical structure of the biliary system, the scope of diseases and related diseases and conventional T2WI , UB, CT. Results In the three ca- ses that biliary calculus, choledoeholith, and ampulla space-occupying and inflammatory edema, MRCP had higher advantage in diseases of biliary tract and diagnosis and differential diagnosis. MRCP also could completely crystallize biliary structure and clearly show the diseased region and the obstructive profiles and the reasons may lead to. Conclusion To sum up the machine in the low-field MRI scanning equipment, we should pay at- tention to the matching parameters and the rational use of thedevelopment of new technology, which is very important to improve the SNR of image and reduce the artifacts. In the Low-field Mri machine, MRCP could com- pletely crystallize biliary structure and clearly show the diseased region and the obstructive profiles and the reasons may lead to. Therefore, the low-field machine MRCP can also provide certain image gist for clinical diagnosis and also contain certain significance on application.
