摘　　要：针对天津港镍矿在作业过程中出现的问题,提出了新的装卸工艺,并研制了新的工属具。详细介绍了用于镍矿装卸的专用铲斗、底开门货斗和镍矿作业盘。分析了这些工属具在新工艺中的创新点。这一工艺改进极大地提高了生产效率。Pointing against the problems appeared in the handling procedure of nickel ore in the Tianjin Port, a new handling technology has been created and a few new tools have been re- searched and manufactured. This paper introduces the dedicated shovel fork, funnel with door at bottom and goods tray for the nickel ore. It analyses the innovating points of these accessory tools. The improvement of the technology enhances the productive efficiency obviously.
