鼻咽癌放疗面罩对皮肤反应的临床观察

摘　　要：目的面罩在鼻咽癌放疗中对皮肤损伤反应的临床观察。方法105例鼻咽癌患者，随机分成两组：A组55例放疗过程中用面罩固定，B组50例无面罩固定，观察两组照射野内的皮肤放疗反应。结果两组患者放疗后，A组出现1级放疗反应时间是（13±3．5）d，B组时间是（28±5．5）d，两组比较，分析，差异有显著统计学意义（P〈0．05）。放射治疗时，两组患者面颈部射野内的皮肤损伤反应程度不同，差异有显著统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论面罩增加了鼻咽癌放疗野内皮肤反应。Objective Masque in the radioactive skin reaction of nasopharyngeal carcinoma （NPC）in the clinical observation. Methods 105 patients with nasopharyngea] carcinoma were randomly divided into group A（n =55）and group B（50）. Group A 55 cases with NPC were immobilized by masque and group B 50 cases no immobilized. The two groups were observed radiotherapy skin injure within the radiation fields. Results Two groups of patients with NPC radiotherapy, A group appeared grade 1 skin injure time of radiotherapy was 13 ±3.5 days and B group was 28 ± 5.5 days,the beginning time of radiation reaction in both groups was significantly different（ P 〈0.05 ）. The two groups of patients with face and neck skin reaction grade is significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Masque increases in skin radiation reaction.
