胰十二指肠切除术胰管栓塞防治胰瘘的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨胰十二指肠切除术（PD）中胰管栓塞的方法，以达到预防胰瘘的目的。方法PD术中从胰管断端插管注入“TH”粘胶栓塞胰管，消化道重建按Chilch术式进行。结果PD术中共行胰管栓塞18例，均未发生胰瘘。结论胰管栓塞可有效地预防PD术后胰瘘，其方法具有简便安全，术中出血少、手术时间短的特点。尤适合在基层医院应用。Objective In order to prenvent the pancreative duct fistula,we used a new method to block the paucreative duct. Method ＂TH＂ glue was injectde intl the cutting side of the pancreative duct through a inserting cannula. The Chilch operation procedure was performed to recomstruct the digestive tract. Results The pancreative duct fistula was sucessfully avoided when we applide this mew method in eighteen pancretoduoenectomy. Conclusion The results suggest that this new, simple, secure method can shorten the time of opertiom, reduce the bleeding in opertion and get the satisfide early effect.
