摘  要:为了了解长期接触氟化物对骨代谢及钙、镁、锌、铜元素的影响,对某铝厂电解车间35例工人血清骨钙素、碱性磷酸酶、钙、镁元素及铜、锌水平进行了检测,并与同厂37例非暴露氟化物者进行了对照分析。结果发现,实验组血清骨钙素、钙、镁水平均低于对照组,差异具有显著意义(P<0.01,P<0.05,P<0.01)。提示长期氟暴露可能影响骨形成过程。但两组血清碱性磷酸酶及铜、锌水平差异无显著意义(P值均大于0.05)。To investigate the effect of higher exposure of fluoride over a long period on the bone metabolism and some trace elements,the levels of serum steocalcin,alkaline phosphates(ALP),calcium,magnesium and zinc copper were detected on 35 cases of aluminum workers.The results showed that the levels of osteocalcin,calcium and magnesium were significantly lower in these workers than that in controls (P<0 01,<0 05 and <0 01 respectively),however,the levels of ALP,copper and zinc did not show any significant change neither workers nor controls (P>0 05).The results suggested that higher fluoride exposure in long period could affect the bone formation.
