静脉输液拔针后按压血管时间的临床研究

摘　　要：静脉输液拔针后，按压血管多长时间较为合适，目前尚无明确规定。本文作者通过对220例静脉输液病人拔针后不同按压血管时间的效果观察。探讨静脉输液拔针后按压血管的最佳时间．旨在最大限度地减少皮下瘀血，保护静脉血管，减轻病人的痛苦。根据统计学处理结果，笔者认为拔针后按压血管4min左右较为合适。按压时间过长，多数病人难以坚持，过短则应下瘀血率高。至少应按压3min，才能有效地防止皮下瘀血的发生。这一结论，克服了过去静脉输液拔针后，按压血管无明确时间尺度．随意性较大的不足．有利于指导临床护理工作。In order to decrease hypodermatic extravasated blood protect vessel and ease a patient's suffering that 220cases were investigated of different time to press blood vessel after intravenous drip. The results shown that the pressing blood vessel for 4 minutes was appropriate. The most of patients can't endure longer time of pressing blood vessel and hypoderic extravasated bloodrate was increased when shorter time of pressing blood vessel. The results invicate that three minutes at least to press time was better for efficaciously prevent hypodermic extravasated blood. It will be guided advantageously to clinics nursing work.
