慈善经济失效根源的经济学解读

摘　　要：在中国目前的经济转型过程中,我国不仅面临着"市场失灵"和"政府失灵"问题,而且还面临着日益严峻的第三配置失效问题,其突出表现就是慈善经济发展的严重滞后。面对中国经济转型过程中出现的慈善经济失效问题,各界人士见仁见智。本文主要从经济学视角,对经济转型过程中出现的以慈善经济发展严重滞后为主要表现的第三配置失效的根源问题进行分析。In process of China's current economic transition, China not only faces with 'market failure' and 'government failure', but also faces an increasingly serious third allocation failures problem, its prominent manifestation is serious lag on the development of charity economic. Facing the problem of charity economic failure, which emerging from the process of China's economic transition, there has been many opinions. From an economic perspective, this paper analyzes the origin of the third allocation failure which mainly manifests the serious lag of charity economic development in China’s economic transition process.
