水煤浆加压气化技术在兖矿鲁化的应用与发展

摘　　要：煤炭气化利用被世界认为是煤炭清洁利用中期战略之一。本文介绍了德士古装置的引进、应用及发展,特别介绍了德士古气化炉新型喷嘴、新型耐火砖、运行工艺和煤浆制备技术创新与开发;新型(多喷嘴对置)水煤浆气化炉的开发和应用表明,该气化炉具有煤种适用范围广,环境污染小的特点。具有自主知识产权技术的开发和成功应用为我国相关技术的引进、开发与应用提供了重要经验。It is believed in the world that coal gasification technology is one of coal clean utilization strategies in order to achieve high efficient coal transformation and its low pollutant emission application. In this paper, Texaco device is introduced from the viewpoints of import, application and development and especial emphasis is paid on such innovative technological works as new jet nozzle design, new type firebrick development and test, operation control, pulverized coal slurry making, etc.. The R＆D and applications of pulverized coal slurry gasification device with China intellectual rights showed that the new Texaco furnace could gasify low quality coal while pollutant emission would be controlled on lower level. This paper provides very important experiences for the reference of China relative technology import, application and development.
