主动脉夹层66例临床诊治分析

摘　　要：目的探讨主动脉夹层的危险因素、临床表现、辅助检查对诊断的意义及治疗情况。方法对2003年3月至2008年3月在本院确诊的66例主动脉夹层患者进行分析。结果除1例患者因夹层破裂死亡,1例患者因重度心衰死亡外,余患者均治疗好转。结论对主动脉夹层患者进行准确诊断,积极治疗是改善预后的关键。Objective To explore risk factors, clinical manifestation, auxiliary check of aortic dissection （AD） and it＇ s diagnose and treatment. Methods Clinical date of 66 AD patients admitted from the March 2003 to March 2008 were retrospectively reviewed. Result 2 patients died, 64 patients＇ s conditions were improved. Conclusion The accurate diagnosis and active therapy is important to improve the prognosis of patients with aortic dissection.
