心脑联通胶囊治疗老年冠心病、心绞痛并高脂血症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察心脑联通治疗老年冠心病、心绞痛并高脂血症的临床疗效。方法选择60例老年冠心病、心绞痛并高脂血症的患者进行常规治疗与常规治疗加用心脑联通胶囊治疗的临床对比观察。4周后进行心绞痛、心电图、血脂及总疗效评价。结果观察组缓解心绞痛总有效率90.00%,明显优于对照组76.00%(P<0.05)。结论心脑联通治疗老年冠心病、心绞痛患者临床疗效显著,是安全有效的。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Xinnao liantong capsule on senile coronary heart disease complicated with hyperlipidemia. Methods 60senile patients with coronary heart disease complcated with hyperlipdemia were randomly divided into two groues, patients in control groues were treated by routine therapy,patients in observation group wer treated by combination of Xinnao liantong capsule and routine thorapy, angina pectoris, electrocardiogram, blood lipid and total effective rate were observed and evaluated after 4 week, s treatment. Results The total effective rate in alleciasting angina pectoris in treatment group （ 90. 00% ） was higher than that in control group（76. 00% ） （ P 〈 0.05 ）. [ Conctusion] Xinnao liantong capsule bas a definite effect on senile corary heart disease complicated with hyperlipidemia, and it is safe and effective.
