五淋化石丸联合泌石通胶囊治疗肾结石的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察五淋化石丸联合泌石通胶囊治疗1.0cm以下肾结石的疗效。方法五淋化石丸5丸(共12.5g)并泌石通胶囊2粒(共0.9g)饭后服用,3次/d,一个月为一个疗程,共2个疗程。疗程标准:症状和体征完全消失或显著改善为显效,部分改善为缓解,二者均无改变为无效。结果200例肾结石在1.0cm以下的患者中显效为141例(显效率70.5%),缓解39例(19.5%),无效20例(无效率为10%)。结论五淋化石丸联合泌石通胶囊治疗1.0cm以下的肾结石疗效确切,值得推广。Objective To observe the Wulin fossil pill capsule treatment of joint bleeding stone 1.0 cm below the efficacy of kidney stones. Methods Wulin fossil pill 5 pill （ a total of 12. 5 g）, and bleeding stone capsule 2 （total 0. 9 g） after meal a day, three times a month for a course of treatment, a total of 2 courses. Treatment criteria： symptoms and signs disappeared or significantly improved markedly, in part to improve the ease, the two had no change to be invalid. Results 200 patients with kidney stones in patients with markedly less than 1.0 cm for 141 cases （markedly effective rate 70. 5% ） , ease the 39 cases （ 19.5% ） , ineffective in 20 cases （ non-efficiency of 10% ）. Conclusion The Wulin fossil pill capsule treatment of joint bleeding stones kidney stones 1.0 cm below the curative effect, it is worth promoting.
