利百素凝胶外涂治疗腰肌筋膜炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察利百素凝胶(复方七叶皂苷凝胶)治疗腰肌筋膜炎的临床疗效观察。方法将腰肌筋膜炎60例患者随机分为利百素凝胶治疗组和对照组,每组30例,分别用利百素凝胶或双氯芬酸钠乳胶进行外涂按摩,3次/d,7d后进行疗效评价。结果腰肌筋膜炎的疼痛、压痛改善率治疗组明显高于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05),二组均无不良反应。结论利百素凝胶治疗腰肌筋膜炎对改善患者的疼痛、压痛优于双氯芬酸钠乳胶。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Reparil Gep （ compound sodium aescinate gel） in the treatment of lumbar muscles fascitis. Methods 60 cases with lumbar muscles fascitis were randomized into 2 groups, which were treated Reparil Gep or diclofenac sodium,3 times per day. The resuhsWere evaluated after 7 days treatment. Results The improvement rate of pain , tenderness was better in treatment group than control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. No side effect was found. Conclusions Reparil Gel in the treatment of lumbar muscles faseitis can provide better effect than diclofenac sodium.
