摘　　要：目的观察形状记忆合金环抱式接骨板治疗前臂双骨折的临床效果。方法对38例前臂双骨折患者行切开复位形状记忆合金环抱式接骨板内固定术，观察固定的强度、效果，早期功能锻炼的情况，手功能恢复情况；随访至骨折愈合。结果38例患者获得12个月以上的随访。术后X线片示即刻固定牢靠、允许早期积极的功能锻炼。骨折按期愈合，前臂的功能优良。无骨不连、畸形愈合或尺桡骨间骨桥形成等并发症。结论记忆合金环抱式接骨板治疗前臂尺桡骨骨折时不干扰髓内的血运，应力分布均匀，能够达到即刻的坚强固定，允许早期功能锻炼，促进骨折愈合和前臂功能恢复。Objective To observe clinical effects of both radial and ulnar fractures treated with memory-shaped alloy embracing device. Methods Observed 38 patients with both radius and ulnar fractures who were post-surgery of internal fixation with memory-shaped alloy embracing device. Results Over 12-month follow-up conducted to the 38 patients, their X-ray results showed the immediately stable fixation was responded well to the early functional exercise. Of those fractures healed as expected, the forearm＇ s functionality recovered well. Conclusion Both radial and ulnar fractures treated with memory-shaped alloy embracing device can make stress well-distributed which can meet immediately reliable fixation and bear early exercise, so as to get forearm function well-recovered, which may be the result of the blood supply protection within medullar canal of bone.
