摘  要:以L-乳酸为原料,探讨了催化剂种类、反应温度、阶梯控温、阶梯控压对熔融缩聚法合成聚乳酸的影响。结果表明,阶梯控温控压能大幅提高聚乳酸的摩尔质量和产率,其最佳反应条件为:氯化亚锡与对甲苯磺酸复合催化剂用量为乳酸单体质量的0.5%,先于1000Pa下120℃反应4h,再于500Pa下180℃反应8h。所得聚乳酸摩尔质量达到151000g/mol,产率为82.12%。With lactic acid as raw meterial, the effect of catalyst types, the reaction temperature, the ladder temperature and pressure control with melt polyeondensation on the synthesis of the polylactic acid (PLA) was discussed, The results showed that the ladder temperature and pressure control could greatly improve the molecular weight and yield of PLA, and the optimum condition was that the content of SnC12 and p-toluenesulfonie acid (TSA) catalyst was 0.5% of the PLA, first reacted at 1 000 Pa 120 ℃ for4 h, then at 500 Pa 180 ℃ for 8 h. The molecular weight of PLA was 151 000g/tool and the yield was up to 82. 12%.
