摘 要:采用间苯二酚型磷酸酯齐聚物(RDP)阻燃剂对聚碳酸酯(PC)进行改性,研究了阻燃剂用量对PC力学、阻燃性能和热稳定性能的影响。研究结果表明:随着阻燃剂加入量的增多,PC的阻燃等级、极限氧指数均有显著提高。TG曲线显示,随着阻燃剂用量的增多,材料质量损失1%时所对应的温度和最大热质量损失速率温度均先降低后升高,而最终的残炭率明显升高。同时,PC的拉伸强度、弯曲强度也随阻燃剂用量的增加而增大,但冲击强度逐渐减小。Polycarbonate (PC) was modified with the resorcinol bis (diphenyl phosphate )oligomer (RDP), and effects of contents of flame retardant's on mechanical properties, flame-resistant properties and thermal stabilities of PC were also researched. The result showed that with the increase of flame retardant, the flame retardant's grades and the limiting oxygen index values of PC were improved obviously. The TG cure saw that with the content of flame retardant increased, the material weight loss was 1%, the temperature and maximum weight loss velocity temperature got lowered and then increased. The contents of residual char in the end were also improved obviously. At the same time, tensile strength and bending strength of PC were in- creased with the addition of flame retardant content, while the impact strength reduced.
