摘  要:试验采用电导法对8个枣品种抗寒性进行测定。结果表明:温度降到-35~-40℃时,枣品种电解质渗出率发生骤变,说明枣品种组织细胞受到严重破坏,因此,将-35℃和-40℃作为枣树的临界致死温度。依据8个枣品种的电解质渗出率分析,认为枣品种抗寒性强弱依次为金丝4号>金丝小枣>冬枣>大王枣>早脆王>金丝3号>阳信大枣>圆丰枣。在冬季温度低于-30℃的高寒地区引种栽培枣树时,一定要依据抗寒性的强弱选择品种,以免受冻致死,造成不必要的损失。The cold resistance of eight kinds of jujubes was determined by means of electrical conductivity method. The resuits showed that the electrolyte leakage rate changed observably under the temperature -35℃ to-40℃, which indicated the issue cells were seriously damaged. Therefore, the critical temperature of jujube should be between -35℃ and -40℃. According to the analysis of the electrolyte leakage rate, the results showed that the order of cold resistance for the 8 kinds of jujubes was: Jinsi 4〉Jinsixiaozao〉Dongzao〉Dawangzao〉Zaocuiwang〉Jinsi 3〉Xinyangdazao〉Yuanfengzao. To avoid unwanted loss because of cold damage, it is necessary to choose anti-cold varieties in the alpine areas where the temperature was under -30℃ in winter.
