摘 要:以农杂66为材料,研究了营养液漂浮育苗和营养钵育苗移栽棉生理生化特性的差异.结果表明:与营养钵育苗(对照)相比,营养液漂浮育苗有效地提高了移栽棉根系的TTC还原强度,棉株在苗期、蕾期、初花期、盛花期、铃期和吐絮期叶片的叶绿素含量分别比对照增加1.2%、19.2%、20.0%、10.6%、22.6%和13.6%,可溶性蛋白质含量分别比对照增加5.6%、12.3%、5.5%、8.7%、8.2%和4.1%,可溶性糖含量分别比对照增加3.1%、8.3%、8.1%、4.0%、3.2%和3.8%,叶片光合效率得到改善.在棉花整个生长发育时期,营养液漂浮育苗移栽棉叶片的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性均明显高于对照,膜脂过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)含量均低于对照(除苗期外).营养液漂浮育苗移栽棉叶片的游离脯氨酸含量逐渐增加,游离氨基酸含量高于对照,能有效改善棉株的生理代谢.Nongza66 were employed for studying the regularities of physiological and biochemical characteristics of cotton transplants in the field by comparing the difference between the floating nursing seedling in nutrient water-bed (FNSNWB) and nutritive bowls nursing seedling (NBNS). The results showed that compared with NBNS method, by FNSNWB method, firstly the TTC reductive intensity of root system was strengthened, secondly, contents of leaf chlorophyll were increased by 1.2%, 19.2%, 20.0%, 10.6%, 22.6% and 13.6% from seedling to boll opening stage, respectively, thirdly, during cotton whole growth period, the content of soluble protein in leaves of cotton transplants were increased by 5.6%, 12.3%, 5.5%, 8.7%, 8.2% and 4.1%, respectively; and fourhtly, contents of soluble sugar were increased by 3.1%, 8.3%, 8.1%, 4.0%, 3.2% and 3.8% from seedling to boll opening stage, respectively, In short, photosynthetic efficiency of cotton leaves could be improved by FNSNWB. During different stages of development, the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and peroxidase (POD) in cotton leaves by FNSNWB were significantly higher than that of the NBNS, but accumulation of malondiadehyde(MDA) decreased. Meanwhile, contents of proline and free amino acid of cotton leaves were increased by FNSNWB. These results demonstrated that the FNSNWB could effectively improve physiological metabolisms of cotton plant.
