摘  要:为筛选出在长沙地区栽培非洲菊的适宜基质,对不同非洲菊品种进行引种栽培试验,研究不同比例草炭土、珍珠岩、河沙混合基质对非洲菊生长及开花的影响.结果表明,不同品种非洲菊在质量比3∶1∶1的草炭土、珍珠岩、河沙混合基质中均成活率高,植株健壮,切花产量高,质量好;纯草炭土栽培非洲菊,苗期生长健壮,但定植半年后植株容易感病,成活率低,不宜用作长沙地区日光温室非洲菊无土栽培.Different varieties of Gerberajamesonii, introduced and cultivated effects of different substrate proportions in combination of tufty soil with perlite and sand, on the growth and anthesis of Gerberajamesonii were analyzed. The results showed that when the combined medium of turfy soil and perlite and sand was at the ratio of 3 : 1 : 1, plant showed high survival ratio and grew well, which also could improve the yield and quality of cut flowers. When cultivated in pure turfy soil it can grew well in seedling period, but six months after planting, it was susceptible easily and had low survival ratio, indicating it was not for soiless cultivation of Gerberajamesonii in greenhouse soilless cultivation in Changsha city.
