摘 要:因芳砜纶(PSA纤维)具有较好的耐温性和热尺寸稳定性,在高温过滤领域应用前景广阔。在分析滤料影响袋式除尘效果的基础上,测试了某纯PSA纤维滤料和混40%玻纤的PSA纤维滤料的各种技术参数,分析了PSA纤维滤料用于袋式除尘的技术特点。结果表明,PSA纤维滤料在除尘效率、透气率和孔隙率上都能满足袋式除尘的要求。PSA fiber possesses good temperature-resistant and stability of temperature-scale, thus it has wide fore- ground in filtration with high temperature within which bag filter is widely used. Firstly, some parameters that affect the filtration effect of bag filter were analysed. Secondly, some performances of two kinds of PSA filter media were tested. Then the technical points of PSA filter media were analyzed. The testing results showed that PSA filter media satisfied request of filtration efficiency, ventilated ratio and hole rate.
