摘 要:目的对检测HBsAg的四种方法进行评价,旨在选择最适合实验室检测的方法。方法分别采用ELISA、光激化学发光法(LICLIA)、时间分辨免疫荧光(TRFIA)手工法和前处理法进行批内及批间重复性检测,并进行统计学分析。结果通过重复性试验显示,TRFIA前处理法的批内及批间变异系数(CV%)与其它方法相比,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),而其它几种方法相互间比较,差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论选择适合本单位恰当的方法才能降低实验室的不确定度,为室内质量控制建立良好的基础,更好地服务于临床。Objective To explore the uncertainty of four methods to detect HBsAg,and to choose the most suitable methods for clinical use. Methods HBsAg was detected using enzyme-linked immunosorhent assay (ELISA),light induced chemiluminescent immunoassay (LICLIA),time resolved fluorescence immunoassay (TRFIA) manual method,and TRFIA pretreatment method. The repeatability of the wlthin-run and between-run was analyzed. Results The repeat test results showed that the difference of within-run and between-run variation coefficients (CV% value) were statistically significant compared with TRFIA pretreatment method and other techniques. The difference of these values among others methods didn't reach statistical significance. Conclusion Suitable technique must be chosen to lessen uncertainty and serve for clinical works better.
