摘 要:目的评价血清1,5-脱水葡萄糖醇(1,5-AG)在筛查糖尿病(DM)中的应用价值。方法应用受试者特征(ROC)曲线对50例2型糖尿病(T2DM)、100例糖耐量减低(IGT)及30例正常对照组的1,5-AG,FBG及HbAlc水平进行比较与分析。结果①糖尿病组1,5-AG水平显著低于正常对照组和糖耐量减低组(P〈0.01),糖耐量减低组1,5-AG低于正常对照组(P〈0.05);③1,5-AG,F13(3和HbAlc的ROC曲线下面积分别为0.948,0.921,0.817,对DM具有较高的诊断价值;⑧1,5-AG,FBG和HbAlc分别以14mg/L,6.2mmol/L和6.4%作为诊断参考值,其敏感度分别为90.0%,88.0%,82.0%;特异度分别为93.3%,90.O%,76.7%。结论1,5-AG可作为糖尿病诊断、筛查和血糖控制监测的指标。Objective To assess the validity of using serum 1,5-anhydroglucitol (1,5-AG) for the screeing of diabetes mellitus (DM). Methods By using the receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve,this essay evaluates the diagnostic effects of 1,5-AG,FBG and HbAlc to 50 case T2DM, 100 case IGT and 30 control subject. Results (1)serum 1,5-AG was obviously lower in the diabetes than that in IGT and controls(P〈0.01). Compared with control,IGT patients had lower 1,5-AG(P〈0.05). (2)The under-curve area of 1,5-AG,FBG and HbAlc were 0. 948,0. 921 and 0. 817,respectively. All show a satisfied diagnostic effect. (3)It approved that the best cut-off point of 1,5-AG,FBG and HbAlc would be 14 mg/L, 6.2 mmol/L and 6.4% respectively,it was figured out that the sensitivity was respectively 90.0 % ,88. 0 % and 82.0% the specificity of 93.3%,90. 0% and 76.7%. Conclusion 1,5-AG can be used as a useful indicator in the diagnosis and screen of diabetes mellitus as well as in the monitoring of glycem in control.
