摘 要:目的探讨单核因子在反应性关节炎(ReA)发病中的作用及其与疾病活动性的相互关系。方法用酶联免疫测定(ELISA)方法同时测定反应性关节炎患者血液、关节液及健康志愿者血清中白细胞介素(IL-1α,IL-1β,IL-6),肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)等单核因子水平。结果ReA患者血清IL-6水平明显高于健康对照组(P〈0.01),而IL-1β却低于健康对照组(P〉0.05);关节液中各单核因子水平(IL-1α,IL-1β,IL-6)明显高于血清水平(P〈0.01),肿瘤坏死因予(TNF-α)也是如此(P〈0.05)。结论在ReA的发病机制中,单核因子作为致炎因素参与了ReA的病理过程,对这些因子测定有助于临床对该疾病的诊断、治疗。Objective To determine the monkine levels of serum and synovial fluid in patients with P.eA and eshmate the correlation between monkines and inflammatory indices. Methods Serum and synovial monkines (IL-1α,IL-1β,IL-6 and TNF-α)were measured by sand with ELISA inpatients with ReA and health controls. The correlation between serum monkines and the pathogenesis of ReA. Results Elevated serum levels of IL-6 and TNF-α were found in patients with ReA as compared to healthy controls. All monkine levels were significantly higher in synovial fluid than in serum. Conclusion These results point to pathogenic role of cellulal immune activation in the pathogenesis.
