摘　　要：目的:探讨肥胖相关新基因NYGGF4在人脂肪组织中转录本的大小及是否存在剪切异构体。方法:采用Northern blot技术检测NYGGF4基因在人脂肪组织中的表达情况。结果:检测到一条大小1.5kb左右的条带,与数据库中NYGGF4 mRNA长度一致,未检测到其他转录本。结论:NYGGF4基因在人脂肪组织中的转录本大小约为1.5kb,并不存在剪切异构体。Objective： To explore the size of transcripts of NYGGF4 gene and other transcript variants being or not. Methods： The expression of NYGGF4 gene in human adipose tissues was detected by Northern blot. Results： A 1.5 kb band was detected, and no other transcript was found. Conclusion： NYGGF4 gene displays only one transcript whose size is 1.5 kb in human adipose tissues without any other transcript variants.
