摘　　要：目的:探讨腹腔镜联合纤维宫腔镜行输卵管插管疏通术在诊断治疗输卵管性不孕症中的临床价值。方法:选择经子宫输卵管碘油造影诊断为输卵管性不孕的患者105例,住院行腹腔镜联合纤维宫腔镜行输卵管插管疏通术,并视术中所见选择不同的手术方式进行相应的治疗。结果:105例患者,共206条输卵管,其中输卵管不通150条,经插管疏通术后,成功率76.7%。结论:腹腔镜联合纤维宫腔镜行输卵管插管疏通术治疗输卵管性不孕症,效果理想,值得临床推广。Objective： To explore the clinical value of tubal intubation operation under laparoscopy combined with fiber - hysteroscopy in treatment of tubal infertility. Methods： 105 patients diagnosed as tubal infertility by hysterosalpingography underwent tubal intubation operation under laparoscopy combined with fiber - hysteroscopy, then they were treated by different operations. Results ： There were 206 fallopian tubes among 105 cases and 150 fallopian tubes of them were obstructed. The success rate of operation was 76. 7%. Conclusion： The clinical efficacy of tubal intubation operation under laparoscopy combined with fiber - hysteroseopy in treatment of tubal infertility is significant, and the operation should be popularized.
