摘　　要：对大都市圈创新体系链式过程进行研究,将其链式过程分为以科研系统为载体的向上链式,以产业系统为载体的向下链式,以中介和政府等支撑系统为载体的旁侧链式,不同链式过程承载不同的创新功能。基于链式过程与耗散理论,建立了大都市圈创新体系的演化模型,对科研系统与产业系统的联动作用进行耗散分析,阐述了大都市圈创新体系的演化规律,提出大都市圈创新体系演化的控制策略。Chain process are classified into three types by the background of metropolitan innovation system,the up chain loaded by science and technological system, the down chain loaded by industry system,and the side chain loaded by Intermediaries and government supporting system, and different chain process undertake different innovation function. Based on chain process and dissipation theory, the evolution model is set to analyze the interaction between industry and S ＆T system, and evolution disciplines of metropolitan innovation system and control strategy are proposed.
