摘  要:通过对烧结冷却机余热发电国内现状的调研及中低品位热能高效利用方法的研究,提出了一种全面提升热能品位的新型立式烧结矿冷却装置,并对该装置的技术特征及结构特点进行了分析。以济钢烧结冷却机余热源参数为基础,对以常规冷却机、发电型冷却机和立式冷却机为冷却设备的余热发电工艺方案进行了技术经济对比,研究表明立式冷却机余热发电工艺方案发电功率最大。其结果可为工业余热高效回收工艺设备的研发提供理论及技术依据。Through the investigation of the present condition in the country for sinter cooler waste heat generating and research of high efficient utilization method of medium and low grade heat energy, a new type of vertical sinter cooling device which can improve the heat energy grade comprehensively was proposed, and the technical features and structure characteristics of the device were analyzed. Based on Jisteel sinter cooler waste heat parameters, the technico- economical comparisons were made for the waste heat generating process schemes in which common cooler, generating type cooler and vertical cooler are used as cooling equipment, the research shows that the generating power by the vertical cooler waste heat generating process scheme is the highest. This result can provide theoretical and technical basis for research and development of high efficient industrial waste heat recovery process equipment.
