摘　　要：建立消费产品事故信息收集与公开制度是产品安全管理、保护消费者生命财产安全、提高产品安全水平的重要制度保障,是缺陷产品召回管理制度的一项重要组成部分。文章拟通过对日本消费产品事故信息收集与公开制度的解剖,以期对我国产品安全管理,尤其是缺陷产品管理工作提供参考。Establishing accidents information collection and openness system of consumables is an important system guarantee for products safety management, protecting consumers＇ life and property safety and improving product safety level. The system is an important component of the defective product recalls also. By dissecting Japanese accidents information collection and openness system of consumables, the paper provides the reference to Chinese product safety management, especially the defective product management.
