中药升降汤对小白鼠肠组织胃动素及生长抑素的影响

摘　　要：为探索中药升降汤对胃肠激素的影响，用放射免疫分析法同步测定３０只以升降汤（由黄芪、草豆蔻、干姜、白术、枳壳、酒大黄、竹茹、代赭石、焦槟榔、甘草等组成）灌胃治疗１０ｄ后小白鼠小肠组织胃动素和生长抑素水平，并与蒸馏水对照组３１只进行对比观察。结果：升降汤组胃动素水平为（８．７０９４±１．０７３５）ｎｇ／ｇ（湿重），对照组为（７．５８５４±０．８４７９）ｎｇ／ｇ，两组差异有显著性（Ｐ＜０．０５）；升降汤组生长抑素水平为（２４．０７４３±２．９１２１）ｎｇ／ｇ（湿重），对照组为（３０．８２９１±３．６８８６）ｎｇ／ｇ，两组差异有非常显著性（Ｐ＜０．０１）。提示升降汤可提高实验性小白鼠小肠组织的胃动素水平及降低生长抑素水平。To explore the effect of Shengjiang Tang(ST) in gastroenteric hormone, the levels of motilin and somatostatin in small intestine tissue of 30 mice were investigated after a ten_day course of gastric infusion of ST, compared with 31 mice with distilled water . The results showed that in the ST group and the control group, the levels of motilin were(8.7094±1.0735)ng/g and(7.5854±0.8479)ng/g (P<0.05) ,and the levels of somatostatin were (24.0743±2.9121) ng/g and (30.8291±3.6886) ng/g(P<0.01) respectively. It is indicated that ST can increase the levels of motilin and somatostatin in small intestine tissue of experimental mice.
