摘　　要：本文通过对体育与健康之间各自概念的内在发展过程的陈述,分析两者之间内在联系。具体从"学校体育"、"社会体育"、"高校竞技体育"三方面,探讨了健康如何与体育结合,体育究竟能解决健康的哪些问题,以及如何在体育中促进健康等问题。With the respective statement of the internal development courses as to the definitions of sports and health, this article made an analysis of the internal relations between them. This article deeply studied school sports, social sports and universities competitive sports, discussing and exploring the questions as to how sports is combined with health, what questions sports can really solve in health, and how sports improves health.
