摘 要:研究了增塑体系对NR/TPI并用胶物理机械性能和动态性能的影响。结果表明,NR/TPI并用比为85/15时,选用芳烃油较塑解剂B的增塑效果好;在NR/TPI并用胶中加入2~4份芳烃油,混炼胶硬度降低,粘性增加,门尼粘度适中,工艺上利于后续半成品的加工,而其硫化胶具有优异的耐磨性和动态性能,是一种较为理想的全钢子午线轮胎胎面胶。The effects of the plasticizer systems on the physical properties and dynamic properties of NR/TPI vutcanizates were investigated. The results showed that the effects of plasticization with aromatic oil was better than that with peptizer B in NR/TPI (85/15) blends. After adding 2-4phr aromatic oil, the processability of NR/TPI compounds was improved, and the hardness was decreased, while the adhesive strength was increased. The NR/TPI vulcanizates showed excellence abrasion resistance and dynamic properties. It was an ideal material for the tread compounding of all-steel radial tyre.
