耐N_2O_4新型羧基亚硝基氟橡胶密封材料性能研究

摘　　要：介绍了新型羧基亚硝基氟橡胶硫化胶的物理机械性能、耐高低温性能、耐四氧化二氮(N2O4)介质性能及其密封件的应用试验结果和贮存寿命评估结果。试验结果表明,研制的新型羧基亚硝基氟橡胶具有优异的耐N2O4介质性能和良好的耐高低温性能,其密封件通过了-40℃、常温、50℃和250℃的密封模拟实验、N2O4介质浸泡6个月密封模拟试验和加速老化试验等的一系列考核,可以作为耐N2O4介质的密封材料使用。The physical properties, high and low temperature resistance, N2 O4 resistance of the new carboxy nitroso fluororubber and its test results and storage period evaluation were presented. The results showed that the new carhoxy nitroso fluororubber and its sealing parts met the requirments of the launch vehicle N2O4 system sealing well.
