摘 要:目的观察去卵巢大鼠脑缺血再灌注后自由基损伤程度,探讨雌激素对脑组织的保护作用。方法取Wistar大鼠60只,随机分为假手术组(A组)、雌激素预防组(B组)、缺血组(C组),采用四管法复制大鼠缺血模型,于术后30天处死动物取脑组织,测定脑组织丙二醛(MDA)含量和乙酰胆碱酯酶(TChE)活力变化,并取脑组织观察海马CA1区神经细胞的病理改变。结果假手术组和脑缺血再灌注组MDA含量明显低于雌激素组,而前两组TChE活力均高于雌激素组,雌激素组与缺血组、假手术组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.01);缺血组脑组织海马CA1区可见固缩的或形态不规则的神经元及核,并见神经元缺失现象;雌激素组脑组织神经细胞损伤明显减轻。结论预防性应用雌激素能减少氧自由基的产生,对由缺血再灌引起的脑组织损伤有保护作用。Objective: To investigate the protection of estrogen by observing the effects of estrogen on MDA contents and TchE activity in cerebral ischemia reperfusion.Methods:Sixty normal female Wista rats were randomly divided into three groups: sham group(group A),estradiol group(group B)and ischemia group(group C).Results:MDA contents of group A and group C were lower than that of group B while the activity of TChE in the brain of the fomer 2 groups was higher than that of the latter group(P〈0.01). Neuron damages in hippocapus, CA I area was obvious in ischemia-reperfusion group, shriveled irregular and even dissolved neuron or neuclei were seen and the neuron damages in estradiol group were obviously alleviated. Conclusion: Estradiol can obviously protect neurocytes from the damage caused by ischemia-reperfusion.
