住院病人护理需求的影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的调查住院病人的护理需求及影响因素。方法采用整群抽样,用自行设计的《住院病人护理需求调查表》,对某三甲综合性医院430例住院病人进行了调查,数据录入SPSS13.0版进行统计分析。结果不同年龄、不同婚姻状况、不同职业、不同自理程度在生理需求方面存在差异,不同年龄在"爱与归属"需求上存在差异。年龄、性别、婚姻、职业、文化程度、自理程度、经济收入、住院时间、术后时间、"是否参加医疗保险"、"是否住过其他医院"均在单项需求中存在差异。结论住院病人护理需求的影响因素是多方面的。护理人员应了解这些因素对住院病人护理需求的影响,根据不同病人的护理需求特点,找出需要加强的服务环节,从而提供相应的服务措施。Objective：Purpose Investigate the inpatient nursing needs and the impact on demand factors.Method The use of cluster sampling,using self-designed ＂inpatient nursing needs questionnaire＂,430 cases of a three-gradegeneral hospital were investigated.Statistical analysis in the SPSS13.0.Result Different ages,marital status,occupations and different degree of self-care are different in physiology needs.Different ages need different＂love and attribution＂.Age,sex,marriage,career,education,degree of self-care, income,length of stay in hospital , length after operation, ＂whether to participate in medical insurance＂, and＂ whether livedin other hospitals＂ are different in some individual needs. Conclusion The impact factors affecting inpatients＇ nursing needs are wide range. Nursing staff should know these factors , and identify the strengthen aspect of nusing service so that provide the corresponding services according to different characteristics of the patients＇ nusing needs.
