摘　　要：目的建立犀羚解毒丸中甘草酸含量的测定方法。方法采用HPLC法,色谱柱:Diamonsil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇-[0.2 mol/L醋酸铵-冰醋酸(33∶1)](64∶36),检测波长:250 nm,流速:1.0 mL/min。结果甘草酸铵在0.075～0.375μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 6),加样回收率为98.25%,RSD=0.92%。结论该方法快速、简便、准确、重复性较好,结果可靠,可用于控制犀羚解毒丸制剂的质量。Objective To establish a method for the determination of Glycyrrhizic acid in Xiling jiedu Pills.Methods Diamonsil C18（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm） column in an oven at 30 ℃ was need,with a mobile phase consisting of methanol-[0.02 mol/L ammonium acetate-glacial acetic acid（33∶1）]（64∶36） and a UV detector at 250 nm,the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.Results The linear range of Glycyrrhizic acid was 0.075～0.375 μg/mL.The average recovery was 98.25%（RSD=0.92%）.Conclusion The method is simple and accurate, and can be used for the quality control of Xiling Jiedu Pills.
